I can understand the frustration of not being able to get to the original photo. One feature on shutterfly that I like is the ability to make the little album books so I will probably continue to use that function. The smugbug doesn’t seem to have as many options for that sort of thing, although I don’t use the card, albums etc that much.

The organization is also poor, as you can only split stuff into albums. SmugMug has a password protected option for each gallery, which I probably won’t use but it’s nice. I’m starting to do my organization on my desktop first, so the organization that Flickr had may be unnecessary since I can sort and filter beforehand (using Picasa).

With Flickr I had to center the photo on my desktop, and couldn’t get it any bigger without stretching it all out of proportion.
What’s your beef against Shutterfly?
